6. How long will it take to process and ship my order?
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. Standard domestic shipping takes between 3–7 business days. You will receive an email confirmation with tracking information once your order has shipped.

7. Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we currently ship to a number of international destinations. Shipping costs and delivery times vary depending on your location. Customs duties may apply and are the responsibility of the customer.

8. How can I track my order?
Once your order has been dispatched, a tracking number will be emailed to you. You can also view your tracking details by logging into your SereneGlow account and navigating to the “My Orders” section.


RETURNS & EXCHANGES

9. What is your return policy?
We accept returns on unopened, unused products within 30 days of delivery. To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team with your order number. Once your return is received and inspected, a refund will be processed to your original payment method. For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened or used items unless the product is defective.

10. Can I cancel or modify my order after placing it?
To ensure fast order processing, we begin preparing orders shortly after they’re placed. If you need to make changes, please contact us though we cannot guarantee modifications or cancellations.

No, you may check out as a guest. However, creating an account allows you to track orders, manage returns, and enjoy a faster checkout experience in the future.
